Come sapete il mio amore per i glutei non svanisce ma solo fiorisce, e adesso che arriva la primavera fiorisce anche il gluteo 🙂

Mi piace lavorare tre volte a settimana al gluteo perché

  1. siamo donne e un sano gluteo rotondo alto e bello va sempre bene per la nostra figura
  2. il gluteo è un muscolo importantissimo per la nostra salute, della schiena soprattutto. L’80% dei dolori lombrai sono provocati da glutei disattivati, non forti e non attivi. Quindi uomini donne bambini… lavorate ai vostri glutei.

I train this group of muscles three times a week and there are 2 reasons for doing so:

  1. A woman with nice round glutes has got an amazing figure.
  2. The Gluteus are very important muscles in the human body and they get switched off quite easily due to the sedentary life we have. The 80% of lower back pain is due to a disactivation of these muscles. So making them strong and better will only improve our posture and solve some lower back pain problems you might have, now or later.
