VIDEO // SHOULDERS WORKOUT FOR LADIES – allenamento spalle per donne

Quando ci si allena veramente non si può essere belli tutto il tempo, infatti le facce diventano brutte ma il risultato ne vale la pena.

Sempre di più vedo ragazze in palestra che davvero NON sanno cosa fare.

In questi giorni mentre sono nella mia bella Bassano del Grappa, mi alleno in una palestra molto carina e mi osservo attorno. Mi piace vedere che ci sono molte donne, e che molte si muovono tra i vari macchinari. Ho osservato particolarmente una ragazza che al primo giorno, faceva degli esercizi validi (ovviamente io avrei spinto di più con i pesi, per lei dico) ma mischiava esercizi per gambe, con esercizi per braccia, con spalle con tutto. Un misto che alla fine, non rendeva un ordine che facesse senso. Però sembrava abbastanza ‘confident’ mentre si muoveva per la palestra.

Poi il secondo giorno, capii perché si sentiva così sicura…. perché pare che OGNI GIORNO faccia gli stessi identici esercizi. E chiaro non è colpa sua, ma la mancanza di informazione corretta che si trova in giro. Fare ogni giorno le stesse cose NON PORTA RISULTATI BUONI!!!

Quindi oggi per le mie care donne, vi ho preparato un video veloce e facile da fare per una buona sessione di spalle. Per lavorare bene e tonificare bene i muscoli bisogna lavorarli sotto diversi angoli per prendere le fibre a 360°. In questi esercizi cambiando lievemente angolazione dell’esercizio e facendone diversi nella stessa sessione per lo stesso muscolo, si garantisce un effetto positivo sul muscolo e dopo un mese potrete vedere già dei buoni risultati, e quelle linee che tanto vi piacciono senza dover diventare come me, o come Madonna. Ricordatevi di allenare un gruppo muscolare per bene e poi lasciatelo riposare per almeno 48 ore.

Another video for you as I promised and today is a quick workout for Shoulders for all my ladies that you can do in the gym, whenver you feel ready for a shoulder workout.

Working the shoulders properly will help to shape the body into that hourglass figure we all ladies love and without ‘bulking’ us will give a nice shape. The shoulders as said already in my previous post is a very delicate joint so please make sure that you have somebody to check your technique before getting completely into the exercises.

In these days I have been going to my local gym in Italy, while spending Christmas time with my family and I have been looking around. Surprisingly enough I saw many ladies and many of them moving around the machines and weights, it made me happy. The only problem though was that they weren’t pushing enough for their strength, as so you can easily tell they weren’t getting results quickly or at least in the right way. There was a girl though that I noticed, because she was moving with confidence around the gym and that was something I liked. She was doing right exercises BUT she was mixing too much exercises for legs, followed by one for shoulder, then one for back, kind of too much of a mix, and for somebody coming to the gym every day it is not the right way to train to get results, and not wasting time in the gym. The second day was the revelation of her confidence with the exercises, she was doing EVERY day the same routine, same exercises, with same reps and weights, same order same everything. That is not the right way to train ladies. That will overtrain your muscles (because you need rest) and will get you easily to a plateau. And we don’t want that. Here, it is a video I have done for you for a nice shoulder session. You need to work your muscles in different angles to get the best results and you also need to give at least 48 hours rest to those muscles you worked before putting them under stress again. In this way you will have the best results and a long lasting body of your dreams.
