RECIPE // MEATBALLS AND CAULIFLOWERS – POLPETTE E CAVOLFIORI

Buongiorno splendori. Oggi un’altro post per voi di cosa mangiare senza dover rinunciare al gusto. Insomma, ma chi e lo fa fare di mangiare insalatine, zupper di verdura o poco o niente. Questo è un buonissimo piatto di 4 polpette di manzo (se di pollo molto meglio) con noce moscata, prezzemolo, sale, pepe, uovo, se volete mettere latte quello di mandorle e magari un pizzico di mortadella (sapete che mangiare troppo maiale non fa bene perché è grasso). E un contorno di cavolfiori (che io adoro) con un po di olio extra vergine di oliva, sale e pepe, e un po di aceto balsamico di Modena.

Ed ecco perfetto un mangiarino prelibato senza paura di ingrassare o sentirsi in colpa.

Good morning beautiful creatures. How was your Christmas lunch, dinner and dessert?

Today another suggestion and tip on what to eat, especially after Christmas that we had an amazing binge eating. I have had some meatballs (these are with beef meat, but if you could do them with chicken or turkey meat would be much better) with nutmeg, parsley, salt and pepper, and some mortadella (a special italian ham) and eggs, all baked in the oven, and for sides some cauliflowers, with salt, pepper, extra vergin italian olive and balsamic vinegar.

This is a very good meal after Christmas to keep healthy, it’s very tasty, and it’s good for you.

Keep up with the good work you have been doing this year for an amazing 2016! You are half way there already, once you started.
