Hello good morning my beautiful ladies!

Today for this Christmas week I have a new ‘COP MY STYLE’ blog post and this time I am featuring the amazing clothing pieces from MyProtein. After being feeling low in energies and a bit ill I am finally ready to go back to the gym today and smash a very good legs and bums session. What a better day to start my week, finished with a inclined treadmill fast walk to give that little cardio hit to the body and get back to fitness as two weeks of rest are a LONG LONG time.

Buongiorno mie bellissime donne!

Oggi per la settimana di Natale ho un altro post per ‘COPIA IL MIO STILE’ e questa volta ho un completino fantastico e super comodo di MyProtein (eh si fanno anche vestiti 🙂 ). Dopo due settimane di poche energie e dolori e acciacchi vari sono pronta per ritornare in palestra e continuare a lavorare al mio corpo, perchĂ© sapete, chi non lavora sodo, non ha risultati.

Oggi sarĂ  una bella sessione di gambe e glutei, seguito da una camminata veloce sul tapirulan inclinato a livello 9.
