RECIPE:: RED AND WHITE QUINOA AND PRAWNS

Hello my beautiful ladies!

How are you today? I have had a very chilled and ‘naughty’ weekend. I have to start with saying I have had take away three days in a row, from Pizza to Jerk Chicken. Still not that bad but yes I have had fries and I loved them.

That’s why today I have decided to push myself a bit more and do some Legs, glutes and a session of arms and abs to try and get back on track. I will try to involve some Cardio and Plyo training tomorrow just to keep a balance.

Today I have anew recipe which is super super mega simplest simple. It’s a red and white quinoa with prawns, tomatoes and spinach. It took me literally 7 minutes to prepare.

The Red and White Quinoa you can find it ready to eat in Tesco (London). I used some Extra Vergin Olive oil to cook the prawns (a real Italian one which smells and tastes of proper olives), adding my favorite Garlic flavour of FLAVORGOD Spices.

After cooking the prawns perfectly and having garlic smelling around my kitchen I put together the quinoa, the tomatoes and the spinach. To it I added some salt and some white pepper (to give a bit of spicy taste) and just a sprinkle of Piri Piri spices I bought in Tesco (yet, again!)

And there you go a perfectly healthy and tasty plate to eat and prepare in 7 minutes.

ITALIANO:
