La mia colazione preferita

Come è vera la frase ‘Sei Quello che Mangi’. La mattina adoro fare una buona colazione prima di andare al lavoro e preparare il mio fisico con i giusti nutrienti per affrontare la giornata.

Qui per esempio un buon yogurt di soya con muesli (senza aggiunta di zuccheri ma del miele) noci, banana, lamponi e i frutti di goji i quali sono una buonissima fonte di energia.

Un buon caffè, ovviamente italiano … e pronti per partire!!!!

Eating good don’t just influence your weight, and make you feel better for good performance but will also make you physiologically feel much better, with less negativity and more happiness and all around. This is why I choose my breakfast well to have the right nutrients to start my day and keep up with the energies. Here a good yogurt, soy yogurt, light, with banana, raspberries, granola with honey and goji berries, which are a great source of energies. And of course a splendid italian coffee.
